Pursuing Truth Singles Ministry was founded in June 2022 with the sole purpose of educating and encouraging single believers in righteous living. What began as a burden to uplift and guide singles spiritually has blossomed into a growing movement of faith-filled individuals walking boldly in their purpose. We recognize that the season of singleness is not a waiting room—but a sacred opportunity for growth, healing, and deeper connection with Christ. Our heart is to walk alongside you, reminding you that your story is not on pause—God is actively writing it.

Founder & Director
Ronda Jackson is the visionary behind Pursuing Truth Singles Ministry (PTSM), where she serves as Founder and Director. Licensed in ministry since 2008, Ronda leads with a deep commitment to biblical truth, spiritual growth, and intentional community. Drawing from her own journey as a single mother and survivor of personal trauma, she established PTSM as a place of healing, discipleship, and faith-filled living. She is the author of Curing the Crash Dummy Syndrome: A Practical Guide to Singleness and Holiness, the ministry’s foundational text, and actively mentors participants while also serving as a General Instructor. Ronda’s heart for
empowering others is evident in every aspect of the ministry’s vision and impact.
Associate Director & Specialist Instructor
Michelle Thibodeaux serves as the Associate Director and Specialist Instructor for the Pursuing Truth Singles Ministry. With a heart for spiritual formation and community impact, she helps guide the ministry’s vision while supporting daily operations. Michelle is committed to fostering a Christ-centered environment where single believers can grow in faith, find meaningful connection, and walk boldly in their purpose.
Curriculum Development
LaBridget Lewis is a dedicated leader and curriculum developer with a passion for equipping single believers through biblically grounded teaching. With strengths in mentoring, personal ministry, and educational design, she creates structured, Spirit-led learning experiences that support righteous living and spiritual growth. Known for her clear communication and steady leadership, LaBridget brings wisdom, order, and insight to every aspect of ministry development, helping others grow deeper in their walk with Christ.
Outreach and Engagement Specialist
As the Outreach and Engagement Specialist for the Pursuing Truth Singles Ministry, Onshuntay A. Jackson brings authenticity, creativity, and deep empathy to every interaction. A skilled
communicator and connector, she fosters healthy relationships, encourages faith-filled living, and provides emotional and spiritual support to singles. Her adaptable and compassionate approach helps extend the ministry’s reach and impact, guiding individuals toward community, growth, and holiness.
Staff Training and Development Coordinator
With 36 years of supervisory experience, Stephanie Hutchins serves as the Training and Team Development Specialist for the Pursuing Truth Singles Ministry. She brings practical wisdom, heartfelt compassion, and a nurturing spirit to her role, shaped by real-life experience raising children and caring for grandchildren. Stephanie is passionate about developing strong, purpose-driven teams and fostering open, supportive environments. Through training, mentorship, and collaborative growth, she helps create spaces where singles can thrive both spiritually and personally.
